国際交流
本校で取り組んでいる国際交流の取り組みを紹介いたします。- ニューヨーク・タコニックヒルズ高校交換プログラム
昭和５０年度から、アメリカ合衆国ニューヨーク州のタコニックヒルズハイスクールと姉妹校になり、 毎年３月に約１ヶ月間の短期留学を行っている。これまでに２９２名の生徒が派遣されている。

ALT紹介（エメット先生）
Emmet is the current Assistant Language Teacher.
Emmet is from the city of Auckland in New Zealand. Before moving to Japan he had lived there his whole life. He graduated from the University of Auckland with a Bachelor’s degree in philosophy and linguistics before moving on to complete a Masters in philosophy in 2008.
Message from Emmet:
I am extremely excited to have this chance to live and work in Japan. I find teaching language to be both fascinating and rewarding. I hope that I can make a real positive impact on students and motivate them to want to learn English. During my stay I will also try to learn as much as I can about Japan and the Japanese way of living. I believe our cultures have a lot to learn from each other and I hope that I can play a part in helping that happen.
